Erik Herman
PRESIDENT
While still in school, Erik accompanied his father, Andy Herman, to client meetings with prominent figures like the chairman of American Express, the founder of Subway Restaurants and many other industry leaders. This exposure allowed him to observe the challenges and successes faced by executives. In 1992, he joined his father's business and has been running AE Herman since 2000.
AE Herman enjoys a client retention rate of over 90%. Erik believes self-awareness is essential for all leaders and employees. His team has helped clients improve their business strategies and effectively manage their most valuable asset: their people. Regardless of their circumstances, AE Herman has supported clients in attracting top talent, maximizing team performance, and guiding leaders to engage, motivate, and retain their people while developing effective strategies for the success of their company.
Laurie Cirillo
Laurie Cirillo was Vice President of Training & Development for seven years at a commercial bank and has almost two decades of Human Resource Development consulting experience with businesses, primarily in the areas of talent management, employee engagement, performance development, and human resource planning. Laurie has worked with The Predictive Index tools for more than 25 years as a people, team and leadership development tool.
She has a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Organizational Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies. Laurie holds certifications as a Talent Optimizer, Life Coach, Predictive Index Practitioner, and ABA Human Resource Manager.
Mo Sattar
Mo Sattar has global business experience leading a $400 million aerospace business with operations in the USA, Germany, and Russia. He has led various process improvement teams, managed a billion-dollar global supply chain, and enhanced business performance through change management processes and strategic alignment.
He has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Management, and a Doctor of Professional Studies in Business with a concentration in Management. Mo holds certifications as a Talent Optimizer, Predictive Index Practitioner, and Change Management from ATD.
Dave Yelle
Dave Yelle has over 30 years working with the Predictive Index tools and has held executive positions at several fortune 100 and 500 companies. Dave combines a unique blend of operational experience and a deep understanding of personality and motivational theory to his clients helping them develop retention and selection strategies by focusing on how to align their talent with their actual business goals improving performance and profitability along with building an organizational strategy.
He has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in Organizational and Human Resource Development. He holds certifications in change management, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, human capital development, and serves on numerous boards as an active member and advisor.
Susan Mondano
Susan Mondano has an extensive background in training and human recources. She has designed and facilitated transformative programs that empower leaders, teams, and organizations to thrive. By fostering environments where growth is not only encouraged but expected, she helps professionals at all levels reach their potential and navigate change with confidence.
She holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from George Washington University, with a concentration in Educational Technology and Leadership. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Marketing from Felician University. Susan completed the ACMP® course and holds certifications as a Talent Optimizer, Predictive Index Practitioner, Prosci®, Lead in 30, Blanchard and several other programs.
